These terms apply to your use of bidr.net, the website of the Bidr group, operated by BIDR Technologies, Inc. (“Bidr,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

bidr.net gives general information about the Bidr group and the sectors it serves, and ways to contact us. Nothing on the site, in the chat, or in an automated reply is an offer, a bid, or a binding quote. Prices, availability and terms are set only in a written quote or contract from Bidr.

2. Sourcewell contracts

Purchases made under a Sourcewell awarded contract are governed by that contract and by Sourcewell’s terms. Whether your organization is eligible to buy through Sourcewell is decided by Sourcewell and by your organization’s own purchasing rules. Contract numbers and terms shown on this site are for reference; the Sourcewell records control.

3. Using the site

You agree to use bidr.net lawfully. You agree not to:

• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or probe, scan or test it for weaknesses
• copy or collect its content in bulk by automated means
• upload or send malicious code, spam, or unlawful material through the chat or any form
• pretend to be another person or organization

4. The chat assistant

Answers in the chat may be written by an automated assistant and can be incomplete or wrong. Please confirm anything important with our team before relying on it. Do not send payment details, passwords, or classified or controlled information through the chat.

5. Content and trademarks

The site’s text, design, graphics and code belong to Bidr or its licensors. The Bidr names and logos on this site belong to Bidr or its licensors. Sourcewell and its marks belong to Sourcewell. The images of the Earth are drawn from NASA’s Blue Marble and Black Marble imagery. You may view and share pages of the site for your own business use, but you may not reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not control, including Sourcewell, Calendly and other Bidr group sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

7. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bidr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, the chat, or information on the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
